Transport Prices are calculated on the weight of the items you order.

From 0 grams to 500 grams the transport price will remain the same. Therefore; it is to your best interest to order several products at a time, or to group your order with some friends.

You can check the total weight of your purchase during the ordering procedure.

If your order reaches AU$ 600.00 or above shipping becomes free of charge.

We will deliver it to your door for free, wherever you are in the world.

Remote area is area which is not covered by DHL on delivery.
Therefore there will be an additional shipping charge for remote area delivery.
If your address is remote area.
It will be checked first and will be informed via email manually for the additional charge and estimation day for delivery.

Once your order is completed you will be given an AWB number.

With this Airway Bill Number, you will be able to track your package every step of the way on the DHL website.

Because DHL International want to ensure that your package arrives safely into your hands.

You will be asked to give a phone number where you can be reached. This is International Courier policy, in order to avoid any undeliverable packages.

For the same reasons as above DHL International will deliver to a P.O Box.

For order cancellations, please email us your order number. Cancellations will only be accepted within the first 24 hours of the order submission. There will be a bank charge for refunds.
